V.I.S.S. International is a direct sales company that has created a business opportunity for women to create an empowering business for themselves by facilitating Vision Board Experiences (VBE) for corporations, small businesses, solo-professionals and everyday people who wish to have the fun and focus of clearly defining and creating a “Vision Board” for their goals and dreams at home or in the workplace.

The V.I.S.S. Business
As a V.I.S.S. Representative you will enter our company at the first level of training. This will allow you to start teaching the VBE in an in-home party setting. After you have achieved the goal of teaching 5 parties and met the specified sales criteria, you are eligible for our second level of training. Level 2 V.I.S.S. training allows you to teach the 5 different verticals of parties that we offer: in-home experiences, bridal showers, children’s birthday parties, couples experiences and family VB experiences. After you have taught 10 of the vertical parties and met and exceeded the specified sales revenue, you are eligible for the Level 3 Expert training. This training allows you to teach the VBE in a corporate setting as well as gain advance training in sales, influence and persuasion techniques.
V.I.S.S. International offers one of the most comprehensive and competitive compensation plans in the industry with 5 levels of commission structures as well as the ability to earn higher commissions based on your level of training. Here is the essence of how the business opportunity works.
Step One:
As a V.I.S.S. representative, you will receive a “Big Box” with our full product line of coaching and personal development products. Additionally, you will receive on-going monthly training from top experts around the world on how to build a successful business, how to network, how to conduct parties and sell products. You will then network within your sphere of influence to create in-home experience opportunities. After each VB Experience, you will present the product line and take orders for our coaching line of products and services. Each representative has their own self-replicated web site and is able to build their own business through staying in touch with their clients for referrals and after party sales.
Step Two:
Once you have completed the training and conducted 5 VB Experiences, you will qualify to take the Level 2 Training. This will not only allow you to teach the different VB Experience parties, it will also qualify you for a higher level of commission. You will also receive a higher level of coaching and training on how to develop best practices with your business.
Step Three:
After being a representative at our second level of training and reaching the set level of product sales, you then qualify for level three which will allow you to become a V.I.S.S. Expert, where you are able to present to corporations, in addition to the previous vertical markets. At this stage, you will have worked your way up the commission structure and will be making a great income representing V.I.S.S. International.
